We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in North America and English-speaking Europe. You will pitch our digital marketing and advertising services, deliver excellent customer service, and follow up on sales leads. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven approach to meet sales targets and earn commission-based bonuses. The performance-based bonus structure offers you a base pay of $3/hour with the chance to earn up to ten times more in a month for leads you close.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses
- Pitch our digital marketing and advertising services to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on sales leads
- Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based bonuses

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and delivering sales pitches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior sales experience is a must (Outbound Cold Calls Highly Preferred but not required)
- A standard computer and fast internet connection
- Working headset and microphone
