Branch Banking - Project Management Officer

The Project Management Officer is responsible for planning, research and coordination with concerned stake holders of all Branch Banking projects which are regulatory or compliance in nature ; including changes in the functional strategy of the Self Service Terminal Machines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate business requirements (BR) and/or business case (BC) based on the direction of the management for all Self Service Terminal machine related compliance and regulatory requirements of the bank
• Ensure that all proper documentations of the projects handled are in place and should be up to bank's standards and compliance requirements including the necessary policies and procedures
• Draw the road map of the projects assigned and align it with the overall direction of the group/team
• Spearhead project kickoffs for the team and make sure coordination with all stakeholders are done through regular meetings
• Be on top of post-production review of implemented projects to gauge quality and performance
• Report Data and Insights in coordination with the MIS Team
• Pla, research, and execute new level projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, design, or related courses is an advantage
• At least 5 years' experience in product development or project management, preferably gained from a bank or in a technology institution
