Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Managing sales orders and credit notes.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
- Preparing and sending proforma invoices to customers for payment.
- Issuing payment reminders for proforma invoices.
- Executing various internal reports as needed.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated, organized, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with problem identification and resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on processes.
- Experience in data entry.
- Able to adhere to detailed administrative procedures and work independently.
