Committed to showcasing the latest trends and products, they continuously evolves, focusing on market-leading international brands for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Our partner is currently expanding the team and is in search of a Customer Service Officer in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Managing sales orders and credit notes.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing and sending proforma invoices to customers for payment.
  • Issuing payment reminders for proforma invoices.
  • Executing various internal reports as needed.


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on processes.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Able to adhere to detailed administrative procedures and work independently.
