Description: Join our team as a Chatter! Your main goal is to create positive, engaging experiences for subscribers by responding to their messages and building connections. This role involves managing a variety of topics while ensuring conversations align with platform guidelines, fostering a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages from subscribers promptly and professionally.
- Use your creativity and empathy to make conversations enjoyable and personalized.
- Handle various topics with emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Follow company and platform guidelines to maintain a positive environment.
- Record important details of subscriber interactions and issues.
- Meet daily and weekly chat interaction targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to be creative and adaptable in dynamic conversations.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- A good understanding of subscriber needs and perspectives.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Experience with chat software is a plus but not required.
