Job Summary: The Town Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing planning strategies that support sustainable growth and development within the community. This role involves collaborating with local stakeholders, assessing land use, and ensuring compliance with zoning regulations to foster a thriving environment for both residents and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Work closely with local businesses, residents, and government officials to gather input and communicate planning initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- years of experience in town planning or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use planning, and community development principles.
