Position: Financial Analyst

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some overlap with Swiss working hours (CET/CEST)

Salary Range: $1200-$1500 / Monthly

The company’s focus has been to consistently invest in exclusive private market investment opportunities. We currently manage 6 investment funds invested in over 70 companies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our Investment Team. This role will focus on supporting the team across multiple stages of the investment process, from origination to due diligence. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting market screening, supporting ongoing sourcing efforts, performing initial assessments and business and market analyses, and developing financial models. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will assist the Investment Team in the drafting of investment materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market screening and identification of investment opportunities in line with Zeno Partners’ investment strategy
  • Market research and business analysis
  • Creation of initial assessment reports
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Due diligence support
  • Drafting of investment materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, accounting, financial analysis, or junior investment roles
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insights to quickly get to fact-driven conclusions
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and English proficiency
  • Experience working autonomously in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management
