The Events Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all events related to Digiworx. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each event aligns with our brand and business objectives.

- Follows through with the Events Manager and Brand Managers on PR planning and strategy.
- Coordinates with writer and PR agency on PR activity of the company
- Media relations function for Glossy magazine and other publications/media channels not covered by the PR agency.
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work with different departments to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Ensure all promotional materials and communications are aligned with the brand and event objectives.
- Supervise the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Outsources and coordinates with suppliers, venues, artists, and other contracted entities for the event.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events, providing solutions and maintaining a positive experience for attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event, including gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications
- 2 years experience with an Events, PR, or Advertising agency.
- Brand Management and Marketing Strategies.
- PR and Events dynamics and function.
- Existing network with media, suppliers, and other outsourced marketing services.
- Willing to work late and travel.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Organized
