We are seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include answering phone inquiries, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their orders and inquiries. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our products and policies.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other tasks as many be assigned.

What you will be doing:
- Taking sales orders from customer over the phone (Inbound)
- Handle Customer's concerns regarding product orders
- Resolve cancelations and refund requests by looking up customer orders in our support system and processing.
- Address customer's general concerns and questions.
- Answer customer questions about our products
- At the end of calls, push to make sales
Other Requirements:
- Fast Internet connection 25Mbps upload speed or more (cannot be wireless nor through a data card). You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms). You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net.
- Computer: You can use a desktop or Laptop with no problems. At least 2.2ghz processor / 8GB RAM
- Available for 6 to 8 hours per day Pacific Time Mon-Fri from 6am - 6pm, and weekends.
- Have worked in customer service for Min 1 year
- Have excellent English-speaking skills.
- Have a backup internet in case of emergency
- Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone sound quality and call quality.
