Position Description
The Designer is responsible for delivering design services, collaborating with marketing leaders and business partners to create powerful and engaging materials that are aligned with our business objectives and brand. They are also expected to provide design support to key CGI initiatives and events as identified.
Brand development
Learn and understand the brand and its periodic updates to ensure collaterals meet standards
Support and engage in collective efforts to continuously improve and innovate our brand
Rework and reformat identified, non-branded collaterals to comply with our guidelines
Source and/or review image following project briefs based on our imagery guidelines
Design services
Create re-usable assets for ad-hoc requests using Adobe programs
Improve and format strategic PowerPoint presentations
Deliver different collaterals to support the distribution of information and promotions
Deliver designs against specifications for physical goods and corporate items or giveaways
Create large format collaterals such as office branding, pop-up banners, and exhibition signs—ensuring print files follow vendor, supplier or printer specifications
Conceptualize and illustrate icons, organizational charts, diagrams, graphs and infographics Create editable versions of collaterals as required using MS Office tools such as Word or PowerPoint
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A college graduate (preferably Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications)
Has at least 1 year experience in graphic designing
Basic knowledge in UX Figma
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Tools
Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
Excellent communication skills
Has work portfolio
