We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in US HR operations to support our team remotely.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Management: Update employee records in Paycom, handle inquiries, and coordinate temporary staffing and training initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll, manage benefits programs, and assist with 401K administration.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to US employment laws and maintain employee documentation.
Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and employee development programs.
Communication: Disseminate company policies and updates.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience in US HR operations, including payroll
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office 365
