About the unit:

Marketing Unit creates a strong online presence and differentiate NV's services in a competitive market. The Unit develops a clear brand message that emphasizes the company's unique value proposition, whether it's reliability, speed, or eco-friendly practices. This message is reflected across all marketing materials and customer interactions. They use digital tools to nurture leads and build trust with potential customers. This might involve email marketing campaigns with personalized offers, engaging social media content that sparks conversation, or even online customer reviews and testimonials.

Job Description

The Brand Marketing Specialist shall develop, establish brand strategies to strengthen NV PH awareness. He/she will likewise define the way shippers and customers understand NV and its services.

Main Duties

  1. Create, strategize, plan, and execute all brand campaigns, strategies, and activities that will increase brand awareness and other brand related campaigns – whether nationwide or targeted.
  2. Work in collaboration with the brand marketing manager, head of marketing, and respective team to develop 360-degree marketing campaigns that involves; campaigns marketing, brand marketing, and other BUs in line with business objectives across different channels.
  3. Create, update and enforce brand guidelines so all creative work is cohesive and aligned.
  4. Create content strategy on all touchpoints.
  5. Study and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust brand strategies – including the creation and updating of regular brand status report.
  6. Create decks and other visual materials that illustrate various campaigns.
  7. Evaluate current trends in marketing to incorporate into your work
  8. Perform and review analysis on the health of our brands, including the success of our brand marketing campaigns
  9. Collaborate with other teams such as marketing campaigns, sales, and other units across all regions
  10. Coordination and management of marketing resources including creative advertising and media agencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or relevant fields - brand marketing.
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing brand marketing strategies
  • With proven experience in customer and market research
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and Creative thinker A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • With a relevant product and industry knowledge
