We are looking for a virtual assistant to handle phone and email communication with customers. We need someone who has solid experience in this type of role. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 5 years of experience providing phone and email support. Also, do not apply is you don’t have a quiet working environment and a background noise cancelling headset.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasing and positive personality and is able to convey this through email and phone interactions with our customers and prospective clients. He/she will be expected to learn about our product/services and resolve client issues on their own unless help from another department is needed.

You will have a set of customers that you are responsible for overseeing -- from the initial quote, to the order, to order fulfilment, to managing their complaints.

We want someone who is a problem solver, resourceful, can work under pressure and with little to no supervision, and goes above and beyond in handling customer issues. The code word is gohogs. Excellent English communication skills and a neutral accent is a MUST.

The VA should have their own computer and fast and reliable internet connection
