Job Description:
- Responsible for daily operations and various tasks including but not limited to product posting, registration, update of key visuals, inventory, stock management, working closely to internal team including Marketing, Graphics and Customer Service to launch successful campaign and operational excellence and other related activities as deemed necessary
- Coordination with Cross Department for Campaign Implementation, Stocks etc
- Manage inventory & allocation process internally to ensure compliance with respective department.
- Organize cross-functional or test-and-learn projects.
- Analyze traffic to help the team in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
- Aid support to increase customer engagement, to maintain a good customer experience, and ensure the smoothness of day-to-day E-Commerce business.
- Maximize product and brand exposure in online channels during campaigns.
- Perform any task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok or Enablers)
- Productive, dependable, with strong initiative and results-oriented
