Job Description

Supports the Brand Content Design Head in developing, executing, and leading the ambassadors and influencer strategy as part of the brand’s always-on marketing and campaigns for relevant, assigned business/businesses within an identified consumer segment, guided by keen understanding of the consumer behavior, the cultural context, the category landscape, the channel mix, and the businesses’ product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach as well as the ambition to convert subscribers to advocates and ultimately influencers for the brand.

Oversees internal/external team composed of ambassadors, influencers, influencer/PR/social agency, talent management partners, etc. to fuel always-on marketing and a key campaigns to launch new products, devices, services, or branded experience for their assigned business/businesses; manages the project deliverables and stewards the campaigns to launch and monitoring. Reports to the Brand Content Design Head.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Establishes and strengthens relationships with the brand’s ambassadors and influencer partners, ensuring effective long-term partnerships and being the dedicated point of contact for ambassadors and influencers on behalf of the brand.
  • Carries the ambassador/influencer view by their assigned business/businesses within the quarter/semester/year and is able to align these with masterbrand equity-building efforts and to track success of business/brand proposition, and to link these to cumulative segment penetration over time.
  • Understands the Globe masterbrand – target audience segments, attributes and equity, branding identity, and assets; is able to guide and align ambassador and influencer strategy and execution.
  • Leads contract management and values monitoring across all ambassador and influencer campaigns and always-on efforts.
  • Partners with ambassadors, influencers, and a team of content (PR, social, creatives), whether internal and external, to design, build, and launch business-targeted always-on marketing and campaigns that show deep insight (consumer/culture/category/product) leading to a well-thought-out role of the brand; that use the ideal content channels mix given the audience; that accurately express the brand intent across creative formats or executions; and which can be properly measured against identified brand health attributes and measurement plans.
  • Aligns with the Communications Design Strategy team to ensure compliance with always-on and campaign strategy and ensuring compliance with pre-set rules, guidelines and approval SLA for ASC, DTI, and relevant external partner or, agencies;
  • Monitors and ensures delivery of all partner agency output and irons out contractual and administrative requirements to ensure smooth operation.

  • PR and Digital/Influencer/Social Media Marketing: End-to-end ability to analyze, guide, manage and execute the role of ambassadors and influencers and the use of digital channels to achieve communications objectives, always rooted in consumer understanding and behavior.
  • Project and Account Management: Organizational ability to systematically track and monitor large quantities of information and deliverables in order to assemble ambassadors, influencers, and internal and external teams; interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and manage collaboration across diverse personalities from internal and external teams in service of campaign objectives; and values monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous ambassadors, influencers, and projects/tasks, to discern their connection to larger business/brand objectives, and ensure their delivery; and contract management.
  • Insighting and Understanding of Consumer, Culture, Category, and Product: Ability to discern connections and opportunities across businesses/products as well as the ambassador/influencer landscape and linking back to masterbrand; ability to think strategically but execute meticulously.
