DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

  • Collates and reports performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels and using these statistics to influence future digital activities.
  • Act as brand guardian in terms of the “look and feel” of online communications as well as “tone of voice” of copy.
  • Oversees campaigns and monitoring their performance and return on investment
  • Involve in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and writes formative and effective SEO copy for the website.
  • Manages email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitors return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
  • Manages social media content and ensures all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
  • Keeps updated with changes and advances in social media and recommends new channels and approaches to adopt.
  • Monitors social media for Brand Mentions and engaging with customers.
  • Assists in digital strategies to build digital connection with consumers.
  • Coordinates with Marketing Communications, Digital Media Office and Customer Relationship Management Department to maximize online marketing opportunities, as well as related departments within the company.
