WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

The HR Operations Supervisor will oversee and streamline all HR operational processes, ensuring the smooth execution of employee data management, company benefits and government benefits. This role is responsible for managing HR administration, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services to employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations including benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Maintain and manage accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes.
  • Supervise benefits administration
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims processing, and vendor management.
  • Lead and supervise the HR operations team, providing functional training, guidance, and support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns related to benefits, and other HR matters.
  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining a high level of service to internal stakeholders.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
