Your role

The Trust Solutions Officer is responsible for achieving AUM (volume) and revenue targets for the assigned area. Implementation of daily Strategic & Tactical Sales and Marketing activities. Monitors submission of original Trust documents (new account opening).

Your Impact

  • Identifies and acquires new business through client calls, proposals, product briefings, road shows, financial wellness presentations and other marketing projects
  • Develops and implements cross-selling initiatives in consideration of customer needs and market opportunities
  • Responds to general queries related to products & services
  • Visits branches and wealth centers on a regular basis for product briefings
  • Follows through on referrals from branches, wealth, existing clients and other units
  • Handles documentation of new customer requirements and coordinates with Account Servicing Team for onboarding of the account
  • Monitors document deficiencies of new accounts. Makes sure that submission of original Trust documents and other aging documents are on track

Your Profile

  • College graduate with a course in banking, finance, economics, marketing or accountancy
  • At least one (1) year actual experience in Trust, Other Fiduciary Business, or Investment Management Activities; or
  • Completion of at least ninety (90) training hours on trust, other fiduciary business, or investment management activities acceptable to the BSP; or
  • Completion of a relevant global or local professional certification program
  • Preferred BUT not required: SEC-Fixed Income Market Salesman
  • Preferred BUT not required: 1-year course on Trust Operations and Investment Management (Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines)
  • Certified UITF Salesperson (TOAP)
