Job Summary:
This role aims to identify and develop new business opportunities for GSUS in the United States. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through new direct client sales and forging strong relationships with the existing client portfolio.
The Business Development Consultant will have a successful track record and proven experience in selling talent solutions/service bundles to hospitals and healthcare systems for the US market. You will have a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Driven by leaders with 20+ years of experience in the US healthcare market, you will be required to develop and implement a client acquisition plan to ensure desired outcomes and targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
•Research and identify insights and new business accounts, opportunities, and areas of growth - including new markets, growth areas, trends, talent solutions, products, marketing.
•Source and connect with the appropriate contact in different types of healthcare client organizations.
•Aim your insights to generate leads and prospective customers this will include cold calling, direct marketing, CRM outreach, and other sales techniques via social media and/or professional membership organizations.
•With guidance, meet with and target the right accounts and customers/clients virtually.
•Discuss and understand the insights, issues, and needs of US healthcare clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan and value proposition of how to meet these.
•Carry out strategic acquisition plans – using insights and data to convert prospects into clients.
•Work strategically and in partnership with key internal stakeholders to effectively carry out sales and business development strategies.
•Help define, support, and facilitate the roll-out of sales campaigns with marketing and the business.
•Own, develop, create, and manage a sales database and pipeline.
•With guidance, help negotiate contracts, pricing, and engagements with clients and contacts.
•Foster relationships and always look for opportunities to increase sales across the GSUS solution portfolio.
Qualifications:
•Previous recruitment or service-related business development experience in the US healthcare market is preferred
•Perm/Locums or Temp/contract recruitment experience is ideal but not essential
•Staffing & Recruiting industry experience, or Healthcare recruitment campaign management experience at a BPO
