The Delivery Manager candidates should possess the following skills & experience:
- Salesforce experience as a super user or administrator, minimum 3 years (or other CRM tool)
- Effective people management skills
- Understanding and experience within a sales or sales operations team
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; other languages a plus
- Investigative & empathic attitude to solving customer/user issues
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Experience working in a call centre or help desk environment as a manager or team lead
