Job Summary
The Senior Policy Officer is primarily responsible for wholesale credit risk policy review and development, based on existing regulations or as deemed needed by the Board of Directors. Said policy recommendations lay the groundwork for new programs and initiatives designed to meet the objectives of the Bank. She/He likewise proposes limits and approval authorities with the end view of protecting the Bank’s credit portfolio.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Reviews and evaluates policies, as well as determines the benefits and drawbacks of existing policies.
- Recommends amendments to existing policies based on legal flaws and effects of policies negatively impacting the Bank's goals and objectives
- Liaises with stakeholders to determine the needs and goals of policies and gathering data and producing reports on the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Stays abreast with mandates and policy changes from regulatory bodies and communicates these and their impact on the Bank to relevant stakeholders
