Product Catalog Management:

  • Manage the online catalog, including product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure a diverse and appealing product assortment.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies.

Digital Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Utilize various online marketing channels, such as PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements.
  • Implement personalization strategies to cater to individual customer preferences.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
  • Generate regular reports for management and make data-driven recommendations.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including data analysts, order fulfilment associates and customer support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT).

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with local e-commerce regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury brand, retail apparel or fashion industry.
