Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive PMO (Project Management Officer) to join the Wholesale Banking Tech CIO Office, specifically for Program Nexus. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating the progress of Program Nexus, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals and timelines set forth by the Wholesale Banking Tech MT. You will work closely with the Nexus Guild consisting of SPOCS from the Wholesale Banking Tech departments and leverage tools such as ServiceNow and Azure to maintain the program's momentum and success.

Wholesale Banking Tech focusses on facilitating the functional and product-oriented activities of the Wholesale Banking division across borders with technology solutions. This is underpinned by a clear purpose: Drive the Tech foundation to be the best digital Wholesale Bank.

Program Nexus is a strategic IT initiative designed to drive excellence across our IT systems and operations. It focuses on six key pillars to ensure a robust and agile IT infrastructure that can adapt to evolving business needs. These pillars are: System Stability,

You will be part of the Wholesale Banking Tech Business Management Team in Manilla and functionally report to the Head of CIO Office for Wholesale Banking Tech in Amsterdam. Both teams deliver a wide array of capabilities to all WB Tech domains such as service management, consultancy, sourcing support and communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Continuously monitor the progress of Program Nexus, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.

· Work in close partnership with the Nexus Guild to ensure program objectives are met, risks are mitigated, and roadblocks are efficiently addressed.

· Utilize ServiceNow and Azure to track project activities, manage resources, and oversee program deliverables.

· Act as the key point of contact for Program Nexus, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.

· Analyze program data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance program performance.

· Proactively identify potential risks to the program and develop strategies to mitigate them.

· Ensure that Program Nexus adheres to the organization's project management standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

· Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.

Key Capabilities/Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO roles, preferably within IT or strategic programs,
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow and Azure for program and project management purposes.
