  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The Internal Quality Auditors (IQA), performs functional internal quality audits of departments, offices, and units. During internal audits, the IQA ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and that the resulting findings/reports are fair, impartial, and useful to the organization. He/she leads the conduct and completion of internal quality audits within the organization from its planning to the non-conformance/corrective/preventive action’s closure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide the Quality Manager recommendations for improvements to the organization’s QMS, as well as constant feedback on its implementation.
  • Ensure that the approved QMS is established, implemented and maintained, as well as continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the updated ISO 9001 standards
  • Facilitate the management review and annual document and business process review.
  • Lead the performance of internal quality auditing throughout the organization.
  • Perform as the administrative oversight head throughout the organization during third party audits.
  • Ensure that the quality objectives are consistently monitored and continually implemented.
  • Report and updates the QMR and Top Management on the status of the QMS and its implementation.
  • Ensure that all documents needed for the QMS is established and adequately defined prior to issue and use.
  • Propose and implements policies and programs that promote ISO Awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Resolve conflicts and irregularities arising from the application of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Lead the coordination with the organization’s departments and offices on all the mandatory requirements relating to QMS standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management or any related program
  • Certificate in ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
  • At least three (3) years’ work experience in internal audit, preferably in education or training institution
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literate
