Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing & Growth Manager will drive community growth and engagement by leading digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, content marketing, and social media outreach. This role also involves the hands-on creation of multimedia content aimed at generating leads and building brand visibility. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaigns that promote the value of the stock option service and accelerate community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Growth:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter , Facebook , Reddit) to attract stock option traders and grow the community.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, sharing valuable trading tips, educational content, and community updates to nurture leads and engage existing members.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and industry experts to promote the stock option service and expand the brand's reach.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to stock option content.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as sign-ups, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Multimedia Production:
- Create engaging marketing collateral, including social media posts, videos, and promotional materials, with a focus on lead generation.
- Edit videos to produce attention-grabbing content that drives engagement and increases lead capture across various platforms.
- Design simple yet effective graphics using cloud-based tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to support lead magnets and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting for social media, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring a consistent brand voice that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts to maintain consistent engagement across digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with multimedia and digital marketing trends, incorporating new techniques to enhance content output and lead generation efforts.

Lead Generation & Autoresponder Management:
- Manage autoresponder systems for email and messaging campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Write compelling copy for lead generation campaigns and promotional materials to capture and convert leads effectively.
- Research and apply best practices in digital marketing to optimize lead generation tactics and maximize content performance.

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on financial services or trading platforms.
- Strong proficiency in video editing and graphic design using cloud-based tools (e.g., InVideo, Canva, Adobe Products).
- Expertise in social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Proven track record of driving growth and engagement through digital channels, particularly for financial or trading services.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and autoresponder systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate or stock option marketing is a plus.
