Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative and strategic methods to identify and engage high-caliber candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, networking events, and industry-specific channels.
Candidate Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach to potential candidates, building relationships and promoting our job opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the headhunting process.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and talent availability to effectively position our roles and attract the best candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in headhunting and talent sourcing.
Established LinkedIn account with an active network and engagement.
Proven ability to build relationships and connect with candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
