About the Role: We at Rbl-Up (https://rbl-up.com/) are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with different departments to provide insights and develop data-driven strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Generate clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain data quality by performing data validation and cleansing.
- Develop and maintain databases, queries, and scripts for data extraction and analysis.
- Provide support in setting up and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions.
- Assist in automating data processes and building predictive models to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and machine learning techniques.
- Previous experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) may be beneficial.
