Talent Acquisition Manager | Retail & Wellness (Up to 60k)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Implementing Talent Acquisition goals and objectives in the assigned area and tracking progress, this includes deployment targets, reports deadline and Recruitment System processing timeline.
2. Planning and organizing talent acquisition activities:
- Identifying alternative sourcing channels and activities for more strategic sourcing
- Supervising and evaluating existing networks, contacts and activities and recommending changes to better attract applicants
- Interviewing and screening candidates for officers and managerial levels prior endorsement to Hiring Managers; sharing recommendation and feedback to Next Level Interviewer
- Ensuring that assessment and documentation procedures involved in hiring are complied with, including pre-onboarding activities
3. Performing “Recruiting Manager” systems role in Recruiting Systems (i.e., Cornerstone/Hatch):
- Managing requisitions, ensuring that applicant statuses are updated
- Reviewing Offer Letter template particularly salary details, position title and branch assignment
- Performing Start Onboarding, ensuring that future Organizational Units, Employee Relationships, User type, Onboarding Workflow and Pre-onboarding configuration are properly selected or encoded
- Checking and monitoring completion of onboarding task
- Submitting list of New Hire to System Administrator for approval
4. Developing tracking system to ensure that manpower requirements are met based from approved budget,
5. Analyzing recruitment data and reports to recommend process improvement
6. Ensuring that Stores concerns are addressed and complied with particularly those processes relating to employee benefits, DOLE compliance and discipline management.
7. Complying and implementing the policies and procedures pertaining to Data Privacy.
8. Managing team’s performance through regular feedback and review
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course, Business or any Management courses
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager in a retail industry or related field.
- Full experience in full cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing and deploying)
- Working knowledge on ATS and databases
- Excellent communicator and well organized
