The Yaychat Call Center HR Manager position is a crucial role at Yaychat. The primary responsibility involves building a crew to handle a project for our company, which is to give assistance and motivation to the hosts that joined us on the platform itself. Reward will be awarded if the crew can be successfully built and provides a stable outcome.

Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage agents for your crew as well as give onboarding and orientation to maintain their working quality.
• Form a reasonable system for your crew consists of working schedule, salary structure, dialogue SOP, onboarding arrangement etc.
• Maintain stable outcome of results and expand the crew when needed.
• Provide report and data to the company for further adjusting and improvement.
If the crew can be built within 2 weeks, and have a stable outcome for the following 2 weeks, an award of at least 800 USD will be compensated for the first month.

Requirements and Skills:
· Experience of managing and forming a working structure.
· Have durability for failures and setbacks.
· Interest in the voice room industry with strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to identify and attract suitable talent, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
· Experience in outbound calling and evaluating candidates, understanding the calling processes, and persuasive strategies.
· Strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments.
