Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media strategies across all platforms, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement throughout the year with a strong emphasis on seasonal campaigns, particularly during the Christmas period. This role demands a strategic thinker with a pulse on digital trends who can effectively manage campaigns to boost brand affinity and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Execution: Develop and implement robust social media strategies that align seamlessly with our overall digital marketing goals, focusing on major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Content Creation: Produce and curate compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our fun and festive brand ethos, including posts, reels, stories, and collaborative projects.
• Community Engagement: Manage and expand social media communities, fostering interactions, addressing inquiries, and cultivating a positive brand image.
• Trend Analysis: Continuously analyze social media trends and competitor activities to refine content strategies and uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to synchronize social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Influencer Management: Strategically oversee influencer partnerships and leverage user-generated content to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Advertising Campaigns: Execute targeted paid social media advertisements to enhance reach, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
• Seasonal Campaigns: Lead the execution of timely seasonal marketing campaigns, particularly during key sales periods from October to December.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms that aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
• SEO Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize social media content, enhancing visibility and search engine ranking.
• Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media innovations and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital trends.
• Team Development: Build and mentor the social media team, identifying developmental opportunities and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Analytical Skills: A strong grasp of social media KPIs and proficiency in analytical tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
• Creative Ability: Exceptional skills in creating visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
• Campaign Management: Demonstrated experience in managing paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, and budget control.
• Project Management: Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
