Job Description
The Senior Project Manager or Program Manager is a senior managerial role responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and superintendents. This position is instrumental in ensuring exceptional project results, encompassing strategic planning, project execution, risk management, and team leadership.
- Strategic Leadership: As a senior manager, identify, propose, and manage projects and programs that align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Project Planning: Oversee comprehensive project planning, including schedule development and the definition of acceptance criteria, ensuring precise alignment with project objectives.
- Project Monitoring: Lead and perform project monitoring activities, encompassing issue tracking, risk management, and proactive mitigation to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Project Delivery: Take charge of project delivery phases, including test acceptance, documentation delivery, and seamless handover to production and operations teams.
- Effective Communication: Establish and maintain a clear and consistent communication and reporting process throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, process optimization, team capability development, and overall efficiency.
- Team Management: Manage a diverse team with a wide array of talents and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability among team members.

- More than 6 years end-to-end PM experience preferably in a technical background
- Experience in a Telco environment is a plus
- Experience with and understanding of project management development and tracking tools
- Experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Expert-Level Knowledge: Extensive experience in program management, adept at overseeing multiple interconnected projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field from a four-year college or university
