Job Summary:

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions across Ultra Cryo & Recovery's Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend best methodologies, and build solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and optimize collaboration tools. You will also support SharePoint administration, ensure data integrity, conduct security audits, and provide expert end-user support. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for building solutions that drive business efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

This is a remote part-time position working 10-20 hours per week with working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time working Monday - Friday. Applicant must reside in the Philippines, preferably in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business-critical solutions using Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including site collections, permissions, and content structures to support efficient team collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance on Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, and emerging tools to enhance team workflows and data accessibility.
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance across all platforms.
  • Customize and support SharePoint libraries, workflows, lists, and dashboards for optimal user experience and seamless integration with Microsoft products.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data entry, modification, and validation to maintain data quality and relevance.
  • Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and adoption of tools to maximize productivity and ease of use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend Power Platform or SharePoint solutions that drive efficiency.
  • Document processes, solutions, and configurations, ensuring clear guidelines and easy reference for team members.
  • Stay informed on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint updates, leveraging new capabilities to enhance business solutions and meet company goals.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience developing user-centered solutions and maintaining custom workflows on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Solid knowledge in HTML, data architecture, and MS Office macros.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or Office 365 are a plus.
