Job Description
STRATEGY ORCHESTRATION - ensuring that strategies are implemented, transformation priorities are carried out and blockers are addressed
VISIBILITY AND INSIGHTING - delivering relevant information in a timely manner and layering in strategic insights
STRATEGIC DECISIONS - orchestrating the right conversations and bridging the relevant leaders/teams to land the decisions needed to move our strategic objectives
STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE - enabling the CIO to have the proper oversight and control to be able to steer the direction for IT
COMMUNICATIONS - enabling the CIO to deliver the right, needed message to the right stakeholders at the right time

People Engagement & Culture Development:
-Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs that align with organizational values and enhance the employee experience.-
- Develop strategies to increase employee participation and satisfaction, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to identify engagement challenges and create actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure engagement initiatives are integrated with broader organizational strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate projects that promote employee engagement and align with company goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution within scope and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and adapt strategies as needed to ensure successful delivery of engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments for smooth project implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate organizational strategy into actionable engagement initiatives.
- Align engagement strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that programs drive measurable outcomes.
- Create and execute communication plans to effectively share engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for engagement projects.
- Organize and lead workshops, meetings, and events aimed at fostering team collaboration and promoting engagement.
- Strong project management skills to ensure IT strategic and transformation initiatives are delivered in compliance with established KPIs and timelines
- Effective change management and communication skills to be able to influence, guide others and manage the change associated with the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of Globe and ISG’s business objectives to translate them into effective IT strategic and transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with the telecommunications business domain, its processes, IT systems/technologies, operations, industry competitors and market trends
- Must have experience in Project Management and/or Agile Project Management
- At least 3+ years of experience in people engagement, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects from concept to completion, ideally within a people-focused capacity.
- Knowledge and exposure to different IT Solutions and Telco Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
