This role will focus on content creation and execution, working alongside our Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation teams to deliver content that resonates with our technical and enterprise audiences. This position will support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts by leveraging the TrueNAS community's knowledge, ensuring our messaging reflects their unique needs and expectations.

This is an ideal role for someone with a solid background in content marketing who is looking to take the next step in managing key content efforts in a fast-growing, innovative technology space.

This is an in-office role based out of our Makati office working in Pacific Standard Time.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range of this position is $24,000 to $27,000 USD per year. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position after successfully completing 6-months of employment.

The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Create and execute content marketing activities that engage target audiences, including blog posts, guides, videos, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to distill complex technical concepts into compelling content for technical and non-technical users.
  • Coordinate content production to support campaigns aimed at IT audiences, ensuring alignment with TrueNAS’s positioning in enterprise storage.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of core product marketing content, including product demos, webinars, presentations, and customer stories.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the sales, product, and community teams to ensure content consistency and alignment.
  • Use performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal impact.
  • Manage content workflows and ensure on-time delivery of key projects across the marketing calendar.

Education and Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in content marketing, preferably within a technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting technical or product marketing content for enterprise or IT audiences.
  • Experience working in an open-source or B2B tech environment is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling content across multiple formats, from blog posts to technical guides.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with open-source communities, storage technology, or IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and performance analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring that content drives key marketing objectives.
