Primary Function:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Agri division in the Philippines, including sub-divisional business units, with P&L and operational responsibility. Ensure achievement of short-term targets in terms of revenue growth, operational/capital expenditure control, and operating profit margin.

Primary Function:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Agri division in the Philippines, including sub-divisional business units, with P&L and operational responsibility. Ensure achievement of short-term targets in terms of revenue growth, operational/capital expenditure control, and operating profit margin.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Oversee daily operations of the Agri department
- Ensure established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, as per the Business Management system
- Meet Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) targets and goals
- Deliver on strategic objectives as planned with Management
- Achieve budget objectives for the business unit regarding operating profit margin, revenue, operating expenditure, and capital equipment utilization.
- Improve organizational structure to enhance efficiency, service quality, and delivery focus.
- Ensure implementation and development of the company’s quality program at all levels, maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and the Inspectorate Quality Management system.
- Attend meetings with clients to provide technical advice and resolve issues, including advising on pricing and specifications for testing, inspection, and cargo management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across operations in alignment with company, client, and industry standards.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure all are trained to required levels of expertise.
- Oversee the consistent application of Group Policies and procedures across the division.
- Uphold Bureau Veritas' Code of Ethics in all operations.
- Maintain relationships with overseas offices and sub-contractors to ensure performance meets required standards.
- Provide assistance with Inspections and Draught Surveys during peak periods.
