What It's About

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our rapidly expanding infrastructure. As part of a highly skilled team of engineers, you will play a crucial role in delivering mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring top-notch availability, performance, and security.

Strong presentation skills including the development of architectural designs, presentations and documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience In Providing Engineering Capabilities Within Intune Driven Environment.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop services around Intune (Enterprise Mobility Management), ConfigManager (MEMCM),Microsoft Endpoint Security, Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI), AWS Workspaces and Nerdio Enterprise.
• Ensure the seamless integration and operation of these services.
• Participate in global IT projects, focusing on engineering and deploying.
• Implement solutions to enhance endpoint performance and security.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Train, coach, and support the IT support organization.
• Create and update technical documentation to reflect changes in the environment and new procedures.
• Participate in the design and development of information and operational support systems.
• Support the management of corporate Azure (Entra) and M365 platforms.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in endpoint management and security and integrate relevant technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies that align with business goals and drive technological advancement.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them, ensuring the organization remains agile and resilient.
  
  

What We Expect

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience or working in similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
• IT endpoint computing infrastructure background.
• Strong planning, strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
• Proactive and excellent communicator with a team-oriented approach to solve business problems with entrepreneurial mindset to constantly improve the status quo
• Ability to keep up with the state-of-the art security and cloud computing trends in the market and quickly comprehend how to apply to Partners Group environments
  
  

Desired

• Talented in PowerShell or similar scripting/programming languages
• In-depth knowledge in several of the following areas:
• Windows OS deployment, troubleshooting and customisation
• Android, iPad & iOS management
• Win32/MSI application packaging (Intune/ConfigManager)
• PatchMyPC & Windows Update (Patchmanagement)
• Windows passwordless authentication (Windows Hello for Business)
• Fundamental understanding of endpoint relevant security measures around:
• Defender for Endpoints
• Windows Defender Firewall
• Bitlocker Encryption
• Practised in dealing with security baselines and policies
• Related Microsoft 365 or Intune based certifications
