Overall Purpose
The Program and Project Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing recruitment requirements and managing key projects for the Order to Cash Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role involves working closely with multiple businesses and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective hiring.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different projects and their stakeholders with their Order to Cash hiring requirements
- Log and track hiring demands via different demand logging tools such as MyRMG, Doability site and Demand Hiring site
- Closely work with the recruitment team and manage potential risks and issues, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to ensure completion of hiring demands
- Maintain the COE Career Hub power app and regularly update the recruitment progress to keep all stakeholders informed
- Assist with the deployment of project releases by coordinating with the hiring projects and evaluating their skills if aligned with any Order to Cash hiring demands
- Ensure that the incoming new joiners will undergo required pre-onboarding trainings as aligned with the Center of Excellence Capability development framework
- Plan, organize, and manage events for the Order to Cash cluster
- Consolidate data and prepare reports to provide clear insights for business decision-making
- Collaborate with the COE enabling team from Insights & Intelligence, Quality, Workforce Management, and Capability Development in creating initiatives for the COE cluster that is aligned with the Center of Excellence framework
- Schedule and manage governance meetings with the COE leadership and support teams, ensuring timely communication of the minutes of the meeting and follow-up of key actions
- Maintain and update trackers and SharePoint sites, ensuring that any project documents are organized and accessible

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in BPO industry is an advantage
- Background Finance or Accouting is an advantage
- Order-to-Cash(OTC) experience is an advantage
