JOB DETAIL
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, website execution, and digital marketing strategies, working collaboratively with key departments to support the company's global wholesale and eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Order Management
- Manage data entry for local and international sales orders.
- Generate Order Confirmations (OCs) for indent and in-season orders.
- Coordinate new retailer setup, ensuring submission of vendor forms and input into CRM systems.
- Input all sales orders into the seasonal wholesale tracker (administered by Monday.com).
- Manage the returns and credits process in Indigo8.
Customer Management
- Maintain accurate customer data across CRM systems and Global Wholesale documents, including contact details, shipping and payment terms, discounts, currency, and warehouse information.
- Communicate with wholesale clients as required.
- Provide customer service support to national and international accounts.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of seasonal stockist kits. Sample Management
- Track and manage sample delivery to International Major partners for pre-shooting and campaign opportunities.
Reporting
- Assist with sales reporting, invoicing, and data entry as required. Product Data Management
- Maintain the product catalogue and oversee online collection launches.
- Manage product enrichment, including creation, tagging, and filtering.
- Resize and upload all eCommerce and ghost imagery.
- Ensure accurate size and fit information on product pages before launches.
- Write SEO-optimized product descriptions in the SIR tone of voice.
- Conduct daily merchandising of the website to drive online sales.
- Report on weekly product returns, identify sizing/fit trends, and update product pages.
- Perform daily site walks to ensure content relevance and accurate inventory levels.
Website Content Management
- Assist with promotional activities, including pricing updates, discount creation, and relevant collection edits.
- Upload content across the homepage, YES SIR page, and other banners on desktop and mobile.
- Manage the Foursixty account, ensuring current imagery for SIR muses, linking posts to products, and updating SIR community user-generated content.
Paid Media
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital to create paid social briefs for the digital performance agency.
- Work with the Graphic Designer to ensure all assets are cropped to specifications.
- Test preview links to optimize content across platforms and placements.
- Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly WIPs and meetings.
- Discuss ad performance and suggest improvements.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in eCommerce and digital environments.
- Interest in or experience in the fashion industry.
- Creative and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- High attention to detail.
