- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries

- Utilize our knowledge base to find answers to product-specific questions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role
