Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The Sales Analyst will develop create actionable lists and reports that help the company achieve sales growth. This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales strategies are aligned with market demands and internal objectives.

  • Customer Segmentation & Profiling: Assist in identifying high-value customer segments and tailoring sales approaches to optimize engagement.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activity and market dynamics, providing context for sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support strategic initiatives, recommending adjustments to sales strategies based on data insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to key stakeholders, summarizing findings and highlighting actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Bilingualism required (spoken and written English).

Compensation package

  • Between PHP 45,000 to PHP 70,000, depending on your experience and qualifications
  • Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week
