Job Summary: The Instructional Designer will Develop Comprehensive Instructional Design Plan(s) and Course Material(s) Including eLearning Module(s), Instructor-Led Training(s), and Blended Learning Program(s). You will Design and Produce Engaging Instructional Content Including Other Multimedia Element(s) such as Video(s), Animation(s), Graphic(s), and Interactive Activities. You will Collaborate with Subject Matter Expert(s) and Stakeholder(s) to Conduct Thorough Needs Analysis, Identify Training Requirement(s), and Gather Content to Ensure Accuracy and Relevance to the Need(s) of the Organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Instructional Design Plan(s) and Course Material(s) Including eLearning Module(s), Instructor-Led Training(s), and Blended Learning Program(s), Conduct Thorough Needs Analysis to Identify Training Requirement(s) and Gap(s) within the Organization, Design and Produce Engaging Instructional Content Including Multimedia Element(s) such as Video(s), Animation(s), Graphic(s), and Interactive Activities
- Manage and Maintain Course Content on various Learning Management System Platform(s) Ensuring Accessibility and Usability, Work Closely with Subject Matter Expert(s), Stakeholder(s), and Contact Center Team Member(s) to Gather Content and Ensure Accuracy and Relevance, Develop and Implement Evaluation Strategies to Measure the Effectiveness of Training Program(s) and Material(s)
- Stay Updated with the Latest Trend(s) and Best Practice(s) in Instructional Design and Educational Technology and Apply them to Enhance Learning Experience(s), Manage Instructional Design Project(s) from Inception to Completion Ensuring Timely Delivery and Adherence to Quality Standard(s), Contribute to the Strategic Planning of the Instructional Design Department while Aligning Initiative(s) with Organizational Goal(s)
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or Related Field(s), 3-4 Year(s) of Instructional Design Experience with a Proven Track Record of Developing and Delivering Successful Training Program(s) (Background in Training and Learning and Development - Not Limited to CX and Tech Services Industry but Exposure and Understanding of the Industry is Highly Preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, Basic Proficiency in Photo and Audio Editing Software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Paint, Adobe Audition, and Audacity, Proficient with Content Development Tool(s) such as Articulate 360 and Rise, Ability to Create Visually Appealing and Engaging Learning Material(s), Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills with Keen Attention to Detail, Ability to Take Initiative with Focus on Continuous Improvement, Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the Ability to Convey Complex Information Clearly and Concisely, Demonstrated Leadership Skills with the Ability to Mentor and Develop Junior Team Member(s), Demonstrated Ability to Organize and Prioritize Project(s) in a Fast-Paced and Deadline-Oriented Business Environment, Strategic Thinker and Able to Contribute to and Align with Organizational Strategic Goal(s)
