What you'll be doing:

Serves as the overall Transformation Team Lead for Record to Report group. Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements and implement established accounting control over company assets. Supervises the timely, accurate and complete recording of financial transactions in the company’s books of accounts. Ensure that duties and responsibilities of General Accountants as enumerated in the job description are being followed.

R2R Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory recording and management. Handles Pension regulations and proper recording.

Key responsibilities:

Supervises the timely, accurate and complete recording of financial transactions in the company’s books of accounts. Ensure that duties and responsibilities of General Accountants as enumerated in the job description are being followed.

Reviews Balance Sheet analysis by20th of the month for entire ACI and those performed by CG. Facilitates the Balance Sheet review every month with the Controller, highlights possible risks.

The Manager is also in charge of monitoring the service level agreements with CG to ensure R2R processes are performed with precision and within the service levels committed by CG. Any deviation should be elevated appropriately to ensure timely action.

Ensures the company is compliant to the global policies and procedures at all times. Flag any risks to the manager in a timely manner. Close coordination with internal and external auditors to ensure audits are completed within required timeframe. Actively involve in gathering and collating the necessary supporting documents needed by BIR auditors per instruction of immediate manager.

Ensures proper handling and disposal of accountable documents such as Books of accounts, Journal entries, and finance reporting requirements stored in the file room and in File Managers, Inc. Close Coordination with staff and locations in complying with BIR requirements: Annual registration of Books of Accounts Annual registration of used Invoices, Debit and Credit Memos of locations Annual registration of Certification of used Invoices and Debit Credit Memos of locations

Ensures continued compliance with local tax regulations, policies & other regulatory requirements. Monitors the timely and accurate preparation and submission of returns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and other documentation to the local revenue authorities either at the Head Office or branches. Interacts with BIR as and when needed. Work with Tax Supervisor in various Tax and Pension regulations, both local and International.

Manager to assist business units in all tax matters and resolve any kind of issues that may come up from time to time.
