Why this role is important to us:
SimCorp is building a new team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a new landing zone deployment, where eventually all of our corporate IT and development infrastructure will live. The new team will handle administration and deployment in the Azure environment, with special focus on delivering through Infrastructure as Code.

SimCorp is building a new team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a new landing zone deployment, where eventually all of our corporate IT and development infrastructure will live. The new team will handle administration and deployment in the Azure environment, with special focus on delivering through Infrastructure as Code.
What you will be responsible for:
- Handle day to day operations and management of the Azure platform landing zone environment
- Participate in migration and deployment projects
- Support application landing zones for configuration options
- Automated and controlled deployment through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, C#, ARM, PowerShell and YAML for changes to Platform Landing Zone and Application Landing Zones
- Ensure and enforce security and access principles though policy based compliance
- Act as a senior experience personal for how to work in Azure our internal ways of working
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in PowerShell, YAML, Bicep, ARM.
- Skills with C# is valued
- Familiarity with Azure services, such as Azure PaaS solutions, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Container Service, Azure DevOps, and Azure Virtual Network
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and design, including experience with building and deploying cloud-native applications
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Bicep templates
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics
- Knowledge of Cloud security best practices and experience implementing them in Azure
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment.
- Amenable to work flexibly between APAC and EMEA time zone.
- Certification in Azure is a plus (AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-400, etc.)
