Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a full-time creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager & Content Writer to:
- Manage our social media accounts
- Write engaging content
- Design visuals like infographics and carousels

Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor engagement across platforms
- Research content ideas
- Write in brand voice for social posts, video scripts, and newsletters
- Design visuals using Figma or Canva
- Proofread and edit content
- Schedule posts across platforms (Twitter , LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Engage with our audience
- Manage our online community (Skool, discord )
- Manage ManyChat automations
- Manage other tea m me mbers
- Send daily reports and time-tracking
Other Responsibilities
- Research. Read material.
- Prepare written reports and summaries
- Set up tools and automation
- Other brand-related tasks
Required Technical Skills:
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Basic proficiency in Figma or Canva
- Basic proficiency in ManyChat

Desired Skills:

Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40+ hours/week)
- Flexible hours: Monday - Friday. Reasonable overlap with Central time in the US.
- Required availability: 7 pm - 12 am Manilla time
- Weekends and Holidays:
- Schedule all content in advance to minimize weekend work
- Light work for 1-2 hours on Saturday and Sunday, with a compensatory half-day off on a weekday
- Vacation: Planned and requested in advance
Salary:
$800 - $2,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
