N-able is seeking a skilled Intermediate Data Application Engineer (Snowflake & Matillion) at N-able in Manila to join our global Business Applications team.

N-able is seeking a skilled Intermediate Data Application Engineer (Snowflake & Matillion) at N-able in Manila to join our global Business Applications team.
What You'll Do
- Production Support: Monitor production data pipelines and be the first to respond to and resolve production data issues.
- Design and Development: Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake and Matillion. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
- Optimization: Optimize and tune data workflows, queries, and storage to improve performance and reduce costs. Implement best practices for data management and governance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to troubleshoot production issues and deliver effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for how to operate and troubleshoot data pipelines
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering. Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance the data engineering capabilities of the team.
- This position will be assigned a Night shift schedule (9pm – 6am)
- 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Snowflake and Matillion.
- 2+ years of ETL experience
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining databases and schema-level objects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
- Experience with Matillion ETL, including job orchestration and workflow automation.
- Experience with other data integration and ETL tools is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: Snowflake SnowPro and Matillion Certification
