What would your role look like?
- Leading and managing commercial projects that build on our strong conventional business and develop our smoke-free future. This would mean ownership to any of the following: introducing new brands, developing new territories, launching a new system or be that key person to critical business decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and team members to develop and implement innovative Commercial strategies and be able to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to craft data-driven decisions.
- Participating in leadership training and development sessions to hone your skills. Either through field/site immersions, on-the-job and classroom trainings, all for your personal and professional growth.
We are on the lookout for strong, driven and highly curious individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA degree would be a distinct advantage.
- Proven 5-8 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and digital.
- Experience in large, fast-moving consumer goods companies are preferred. Candidates with experience in large global/local start-ups are also welcome to apply.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, presentation, and social skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
- A keen interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations.
- Mobility for assignments within and outside the Philippines for the program
