What would your role look like?

  • Leading and managing commercial projects that build on our strong conventional business and develop our smoke-free future. This would mean ownership to any of the following: introducing new brands, developing new territories, launching a new system or be that key person to critical business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and team members to develop and implement innovative Commercial strategies and be able to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to craft data-driven decisions.
  • Participating in leadership training and development sessions to hone your skills. Either through field/site immersions, on-the-job and classroom trainings, all for your personal and professional growth.

Who are we looking for?

We are on the lookout for strong, driven and highly curious individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA degree would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven 5-8 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and digital.
  • Experience in large, fast-moving consumer goods companies are preferred. Candidates with experience in large global/local start-ups are also welcome to apply.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
  • A keen interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations.
  • Mobility for assignments within and outside the Philippines for the program
