**Role Overview:**
As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in finding and attracting the right people for our team. You’ll handle the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Your goal is to create an excellent candidate experience while building relationships and working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from entry-level to senior positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements
- Source candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Create a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, online environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and ability to attract passive candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
- A passion for people and a knack for identifying talent that aligns with our brand
