Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in branding and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns, ideally having worked in the fintech, financial services or advertising industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in branding, marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotions for our Point-of-Sale loans and other financial products
  • Design and implement a marketing strategy for key business lines that aligns with the company's branding and business goals.
  • Ensure effective communication across all relevant channels, including in-store promotions at retail partners and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and sharing of engaging content across Salmon’s social media channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics of various campaigns and promotions to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Research, strategize, and experiment with new marketing and social media platforms to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and determine their effectiveness in achieving our business goals.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for social media and marketing campaigns to measure success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 8-10 years experience in marketing and branding (bank industry)
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, social and branding.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans, social media plans, content and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
