As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term

relationships with high-profile local and multinational brands. You will serve as the face of our company to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Develop and entrench senior client relationships, positioning In Circle as a principal business partner.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and act as a consultant, providing strategic guidance for influencer marketing campaigns and channel optimization.
  • Improve overall client satisfaction and lifetime value by monitoring key metrics such as Churn Rate, Average Contract Length, and Upsell Rate.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand revenue in client accounts.
  • Drive the development and implementation of processes, tools, and systems to enhance the quality of client servicing, pitches, and onboarding.

Revenue Generation and Financial Tracking:

  • • Actively seek areas to upsell In Circle's core products and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Oversee overall revenue performance, create tracking and profitability reports, and provide regular updates to the Head of Growth and management committee.
  • Manage regular revenue and pipeline reporting.

Development: Business and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Project Management and Talent Management teams to draft financial proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Identify suitable brand-aligned content creators for campaigns and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Explore business opportunities with existing and new agency partners, such as digital agencies, advertising firms, and events and activations companies.
  • Support the Head of Growth in evaluating business strategies to adapt to market and competitive conditions in the influencer marketing and digital agency industry.
