Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Lead to drive quality across IT applications and services, ensuring reliable, high-performance solutions. In this role, you’ll lead the testing efforts, design efficient test plans, and develop automated testing processes that align with our technology strategy.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Have 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in test automation;
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools;
  • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG;
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines;
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill;
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Skill-set

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner);
  • ISTQB or similar certification in software testing;
  • Familiarity with behavioral-driven development (BDD) frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust test plans that cover functional, regression, and automated testing;
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution;
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to optimize testing processes;
  • Perform regression testing to verify software changes and uphold quality standards;
  • Ensure test environments and tools are updated and meet compliance requirements;
  • Report and communicate test results effectively, providing actionable recommendations;
  • Participate in code reviews, offering feedback on testability and quality improvements;
  • Research and implement innovative testing methodologies to enhance the team’s capabilities;
  • Mentor junior QA team members and support their development.
