We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Lead for a reputable retail company

Position Overview

As the Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics strategies for the region. You will lead high-performance teams both in Manila and remote locations, ensuring collaboration, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency while maintaining a high level of service quality.

In this role, you will own logistics costs within the P&L, spearheading cost-saving initiatives without compromising KPIs or customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will actively pursue innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience, particularly in last-mile and reverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehousing & Fulfillment Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performance teams across Manila and remote offices, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Cost Management: Own logistics costs within the P&L, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and meeting KPIs.
  • Innovation & Customer Experience: Drive innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience, particularly in last-mile and reverse logistics, ensuring the highest level of service quality.
  • Partner Collaboration: Co-lead RFQ (Request for Quotation) discussions with Operations Managers to ensure strong partnerships with logistics providers in the region.
  • System Requirements & Coordination: Identify systems requirements for markets related to warehousing, last-mile, and reverse logistics, and collaborate with project managers and tech teams to implement these requirements effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment operations, systems implementation, and contract management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong customer orientation with proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a structured and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
